1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Services

Matrix Mobile Details provides mobile auto detailing services. The scope of the services is detailed on our website and may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. The final price for services will be confirmed upon in-person inspection of the vehicle. Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle, Matrix Mobile Details is not liable for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or interior wear and tear. We are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
